The New Evolution Magazine is Out!

The latest edition of our extremely popular Evolution magazine is hot off the press, full of exciting destinations and ideas for your next event.

We’re very excited that Sky’s Formula 1 race commentator David Croft has written a special feature for us; he’s picked out his favourite F1 cities and recommended the best hotels, places to eat and things to do from his many years of touring the world on the Grand Prix circuit which will visit 20 racetracks around the world this season.  Crofty has ‘been there, done that’ in some unique ‘must see’ destinations so who better to share the secrets and give us heaps of inspiration.

Gumtree’s London Party

At Evolution, we love a challenge, and this was no different for our recent event for our newest client, Gumtree. Organising a post-staff conference dinner and party for 150 delegates, we were tasked with venue finding, event management, production support and sourcing entertainment.

Held at the end of January, the fun took place at Landing Forty Two, London’s highest dedicated event space on the 42nd floor of “The Cheese Grater”, offering panoramic views across the Thames and the City skyline.

Size Does Matter! Meet Our ENORMOUS LED Screen

Nothing excites our team more than when we’ve spent months putting together an event, days on the install and then the guests arrive and their jaws literally drop in amazement.  These days it’s getting harder and harder to create something that genuinely makes people say “Wow!”, but last week we managed it yet again by using the very latest in LED technology to create one of the biggest continuous video screens we’ve ever seen at a corporate event. Evolution Gears Up for Business Awards Season

For the fourth year running, Evolution is proud to be part of the team organising a major awards ceremony in Milton Keynes, the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards (MKBAA).

As well as sponsoring the Cultural Impact Award (a new category exclusive for MK50), we are, naturally, doing what we do best and making sure the event is world-class on the night, with impressive staging, lighting and video screens.  Also taking care of the smaller but vital details from the winner slides to the presenters’ scripts and of course (unlike certain recent awards) making sure the all-important winners’ envelopes are correct.
